This tool will calculate the GAP between the CURRENT VALUE OF YOUR COMPANY and the VALUE OF YOUR COMPANY NEEDED TO EXIT AND MAINTAIN YOUR CURRENT LIFESTYLE. It is an estimate of an owner’s financial readiness to exit a business.

The tool requires that you enter your income and liquid assets. It does not require that you to enter your last name and no identifying information is collected.
